CTSS may collect information you provide when you apply, communicate with our team, complete onboarding, work an assignment, or use the Hire Hub. This may include contact information, work history, availability, employment eligibility information, identity and tax documents, signatures, communications preferences, and technical information such as IP address and browser details.

How we use information

We use information to evaluate applications, match people with opportunities, schedule interviews, complete hiring and onboarding, administer assignments and payroll, provide support, meet legal obligations, maintain security, and communicate about CTSS services and employment matters.

Text messaging privacy

When you separately opt in to SMS, CTSS records your consent and may send messages about applications, interviews, onboarding, job opportunities, assignments, scheduling, and employment-related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help CTSS deliver messages or when required by law.

When information may be shared

CTSS may share relevant information with prospective or current worksites, payroll and benefits providers, screening and compliance providers, technology vendors, professional advisers, or government authorities when reasonably necessary for staffing, employment administration, security, legal compliance, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, employment, operational, contractual, and legal purposes.
