Hire Hub use

The Hire Hub allows applicants, employees, clients, and authorized CTSS team members to exchange employment-related information and documents. You agree to provide accurate information, use only accounts and links issued to you, and not attempt to access another person’s records. An application or communication from CTSS is not a guarantee or offer of employment unless CTSS expressly states otherwise in a written offer.

SMS program terms

If you actively select the optional SMS checkbox, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Carolinas Total Staffing Solutions (CTSS) at the mobile number you provide. Messages may concern your application, interviews, onboarding, job opportunities, assignments, scheduling, and employment-related updates.

• Consent is not a condition of applying, being considered, or employment.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After a STOP request, CTSS may send one confirmation message. To resume messages, you must opt in again. You are responsible for providing a mobile number you control and notifying CTSS if it changes.

Email and other communications

CTSS may use the email address and phone number you provide for ordinary recruiting, hiring, assignment, payroll, safety, compliance, and support communications as permitted by law. SMS marketing or recurring automated text consent is handled separately.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. CTSS may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with its effective date.
